Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- Only products purchased directly from Diatech are eligible for return (see exceptions below).
- Product must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date. Please refer to your original invoice/PO or contact our Customer Service department should you not have this information available.
- Product must be returned in new condition, inside the original packaging, must be uninstalled, unused, including accessories, in unmarked packaging, and placed in a separate shipping box. Any product that is damaged, or not in its original condition, will be shipped back to the sender at their expense.
- Items returned to Diatech after 30 days are not eligible and will be returned at your expense.
Exceptions:
- Products classified as HAZARDOUS or PRE-STERILE are not eligible for return, custom orders (imprinted and/or personalized), expired items, and any product without prior
authorization.
Damaged:
- Please thoroughly inspect shipments upon delivery, noting damage to cartons on the freight Diatech will not be responsible unless noted at delivery. Please keep all packing materials until items have been fully inspected.
Claims:
- Shortage claims must be made within 10 days from receipt of damaged goods. Damaged goods must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours, and damaged claims must be filed by the consignee.
